Shortly before noon on Thursday, first responders from the Mahopac Falls Fire Department, paramedics and area police were dispatched to the intersection of Baldwin Place Road and Stillwater Road, where there was a report of a car that had crashed into a pole.
Upon arrival, the roadway was temporarily blocked off until first responders could control traffic, and NYSEG responded to the scene to evaluate the damage to the utility pole.
The driver of the vehicle suffered minor injuries, but refused medical treatment and the vehicle was quickly towed away from the scene by a local tow company.
